No. TISS BAT was discontinued starting the 2022 admission cycle -- undergraduate admission to TISS's BA in Social Sciences, BA in Social Work, and Integrated BA programmes (at Tuljapur, Hyderabad, and Guwahati campuses) is now conducted entirely through CUET UG, administered by NTA.

Is TISS BAT the same as the 'BAT' run by Atlas SkillTech University?

No -- these are two completely unrelated exams that happen to share the same acronym. TISS BAT (now discontinued) was TISS's own UG entrance test. A separate 'BAT' (Business Aptitude Test) is currently run by Atlas SkillTech University's ISME School of Management for BBA admission -- an entirely different institution and programme.
