No. Candidates from engineering, fine arts, architecture, science, and any other stream can apply as long as they meet the basic educational eligibility.

Does a good CEED score guarantee admission?

No. Clearing CEED gives a merit rank which candidates use to apply directly to each participating institute; each institute then applies its own further selection criteria.
